Why are Christmas celebrations important?

Why are Christmas celebrations important? Top 12 things we should remember?

Christmas is one of the top holidays that is celebrated by all casts and faiths all over the world. It's a festival that honors our old family members and friends with love and affection and a place of selfless gatherings. God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. "Similarly, the prophetic name given to Jesu, Immanuel ("God with us"), also proves God's love. God wanted to bridge the divide and come near to us. Here are the essential top 12 things we should remember.

01-Jesus Christ was born

We are celebrating Christmas to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, a child born the Son of God, the Messiah that had been prophesied for a generation. One of the most significant steps in God's plan of redemption for humankind. Jesus was born to show humanity a straight path, away from darkness to the lights and close to Holiness. He was conducted even when he had known that he would die on a cross way the savior of the world came to rescue us from our miserable and sinful life. John 3: 16-17, For this, is how God loved the world: he gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world but so that through him, the world might be saved.

02-Spread joy and happiness

One of the great holiday seasons starts with Christmas. It's filled with happiness and energy and relieves stress from our day-to-day life.

03- A great time with family

Christmas connects families; those far away find a time to contact and celebrate Christmas with your family; remember to keep Christ in the center, and this particular time when you can connect with your family, don't miss that. Encourage families to get tougher and spend time together with Christmas lunch and supper.  Let our children meet with our relatives and warm affection of family relationships. Allow you to spend some quality time with your kids for their decorations on the Christmas tree and preparation of snacks and sweets, and it can be a lot of fun. But unfortunately, families often form arguments, and disagreements ordinarily make Christmas the right time to resolve any issues.  Moreover, making time for family is also crucial to kame time for yourself.

04-Connecting with Friends

Christmas is the perfect time to strengthen relationships with others and remember the importance of having good friends. Sometimes, there will come the point when a conflict is bound with our colleagues, neighbors, or even friends; it may be big or small. Forgiving others can be a bit challenging, but it's a spirited part of our long walk with our savior. Proverbs 17: 9 (Forgiveness strengthens love among friends!) Forgiveness frees our hearts from the burden and gives us more space to love freely to others, as Jesus desires us to do also. It s the time for a good to have an honest chat, learn to compromise, and go on.

Mathew 18: 21-22 (An excellent reminder to always seek to forgive) Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times? Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

05-Generosity and the Joy of Giving

Christmas is all about exchanging gifts and having a good time. Encourage your child to buy thoughtful gifts for friends and family so they can experience the joy of giving. Teach children how to make personalized gifts and join them in making them for their friends.

Just encourage them to participate in toy drives, food drives, or secret Santa games for underprivileged kids. They will gradually learn to empathize with those who are less fortunate in this manner.

Christ gives generosity to the poor and needy people to show the best examples in his life.  We can show how we can do this by caring for others. Christmas is all about exchanging gifts. Without gifts, Christmas is incomplete. Encourage children how to make personalized gifts and join them to take part in their friends and neglected or poor kids. Santa gift-giving games, so they learn to empathize with those who are in difficult situations.

06- Jesus brings light into the dark world.

We can welcome and celebrate the birth of Jesus because of him alone we received the light that frees us from the darkness of sin. Before Christ's time, the world was under the darkness of sin, unable to see the ultimate way of truth, the light that only comes through Jesus. God sheds his light, breaks into the darkness of our hearts, and salvation upon this entire world. It fulfilled God's promise to brighten them into the light of the dark world and a blessing of God.

07- Jesus was the fulfilment of God's promise.

In history, no person has received more attention than Jesus; scholars and researchers are eager to uncover the mysteries of his life, birth, death, and resurrection.  Many bile prophesies, often written thousands of years before the birth of Christ, were fulfilled. Its divine knowledge passed through our prophets and revealed the future events in the Holy Scriptures that the presence of the Holi spirit. What was written aboutJesus after his birth was written about him before he was born.

08- God with us

Whatever the circumstances in front of us, it's good or bad. We are thankful to God; God sent Jesus to be with us. Immanuel, the world of the name means "God is with us," and we should be forever thankful to God. If we feel loneliness, remember that God sent his Son to remind us that he is with us.  God can do something incredible for your difficult times.

09. Jesus takes our place before God's judgment seat.

The birth of Jesus was a significant step toward God's fulfillment of his promise to us. A savior who takes our place of judgment and gives us the goodness we need to stand honorable before God. Our sin, we must suffer eternal separation from the Holi God. Our sin, we must suffer eternal separation from the Holi God. Jesus willingly takes sacrifice because of his love for us. The Lord of our judge, the lawgiver, sent his only begotten Son to us and allowed the punishment that we deserved so that we could have saved from our sins and stand before the good judge of our loving father. So we should rejoice in the birth of Jesus Christ and who would take our place of judgment and give us righteousness.

10- Learning about God and Faith.

It's an excellent time to learn about Jesus' life, ancient Christians' history, traditions, and how other faiths observe Jesus. Talk about Christmas stories with family and friends. Also good to learn about other religions' beliefs and develop religious open-mindedness. It is natural to get caught up in all the celebrations and parties; we may lose sight of why we are celebrating. Christmas is meaningful because of Jesus and follows the natural traditions in Christmas Celebrations. Unless we don't know about Jesus Christ and the importance of the festivity, it's not a good Christmas at all.

11- Jesus came into the world to save sinners.

Suppose we do not understand Christmas's importance and purpose until we don't realize what Jesus came to accomplish. Jesus' birth and life were the main aims of his death and the redemption of all humanity.

He was taking upon himself the burden of our sin so we could be saved. Prophesies reveal to us why Jesus came and also predict the way of death Victory would come through Christ's sufferings. Jesus was born to restore a relationship with God and humanity. Our communities get very excited about the celebrations, has become more consumerist holidays, more on revelries than on Christ, but often neglect the spiritual messages and meanings. He was born to show us a better life and a way from sinful life.

12-Look upon the Lord

Finally, we need to recognize that Christ is the greatest gift; God became flesh and dwelt among us to provide salvation for those who would trust and follow him. The greatest gift we received and no one else could. Worship is only a good response to God for all his all blessings. Attend a church "mass" and be part of the body of Christ. Meditate on the birth of Christ, pray and be thankful to God for his sacrifice.
